Help Find Toby, Mr. Perfect, a Perfect Forever Home!
Sometimes a photo of an animal who needs a home will grab my heart and not let go. Unfortunately, often it is a photo of a special needs animal....one that may take many months to find his forever home.
But Toby, the handsome fellow pictured here, is truly "Mr. Perfect" and is ready to go, ready to make someone a perfect pet!
Toby was saved from the Roanoke County Animal Control pound by his Angels of Assisi foster Mom Christine Lofgren. He is good with other dogs, cats and loves everybody! His foster mom describes him as a calm boy who does not jump up on people and is even housebroken.

Many thanks to photographer Teresa Powell of Teresa Powell Photography, who has been using her talents to showcase dogs from the pound and she and many of the Assisi volunteers have been able to save many deserving dogs and cats from this pound which previously had few animals making it out alive.
